Andrew Shapiro

Andrew Shapiro serves as Head of Investments for the Southwest Region at RoBuildX, where he is responsible for leading market expansion through strategic land acquisitions and development partnerships. With nearly 20 years of experience across private and institutional real estate platforms, Andrew has held senior roles at The New Home Company, Williams Homes, and Storm Properties, where he sourced and executed over 4,000 residential lots and helped secure more than $2 billion in combined debt and equity financing for residential real estate investments.

Throughout his career, Andrew has specialized in uncovering underutilized land opportunities and structuring creative, scalable investments across residential assets, including single-family and build-to-rent communities. He brings deep expertise in underwriting, acquisition strategy, and joint venture structuring, as well as in designing capital frameworks that support large-scale development and drive project execution.

Guided by a belief in the power of real estate to unlock opportunity and long-term value, Andrew joined RoBuildX to help pioneer a new model for housing delivery. He is energized by the company's mission and its integration of advanced building systems, technology, and investment strategy. Andrew received his B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University.
