David Boyd
Head of Capital Markets, RoBuildX
David Boyd is a nationally recognized capital markets executive with over two decades of experience structuring and executing complex real estate transactions across the United States. As Head of Capital Markets at RoBuildX, David leads the firm’s capital formation strategy, investor engagement, and financial structuring efforts, supporting both the company’s real estate development initiatives and its robotics-driven technology platform.
David currently serves as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at U.S. Capital Realty Trust, where he oversees investments in office, retail, multifamily, and logistics assets. He also serves on the Advisory Board of RoBuildX Companies, bringing a wealth of institutional relationships and strategic insight to the firm’s growth trajectory.
Over his career, David has directed more than $28.7 billion in transactions, including some of the most iconic and high-profile deals in the country. His portfolio includes landmark properties such as The MetLife Building, 660 Fifth Avenue, The Plaza Hotel, Willis Tower, and Miami Tower, spanning asset classes from Class A office towers to luxury hotels and logistics hubs.
Prior to U.S. Capital Realty Trust, David held senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was a key member of the New York Capital Markets Group. He began his career at ORIX USA Corporation, focusing on real estate capital markets, CMBS, and securitized bond issuances.
David holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Southern Methodist University. He is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute, Habitat for Humanity, Robin Hood Foundation, and the Central Park Conservancy.
