Laurent Bouzelmat

Laurent Bouzelmat is a seasoned real estate investment executive with over 15 years of experience in capital markets, acquisitions, and development across the U.S. and Europe. As Director of Capital Markets at RoBuildX, Laurent leads the company’s strategic fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and capital structuring efforts, with a focus on supporting both the firm’s robotics technology platform and its real estate development pipeline. 

Laurent brings a unique blend of technical and financial expertise, beginning his career as a civil engineer with global construction leaders Bouygues Construction and Spie Batignolles. Transitioning into real estate investment, he has since originated, underwritten, and closed over $500 million in transactions across office, residential, and hospitality sectors. His leadership spans the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and due diligence to deal structuring and capital deployment. 

Prior to joining RoBuildX, Laurent held senior roles at Chevron Partners, Helge Capital, and RCG, where he specialized in repositioning and value-add strategies, joint ventures, and institutional fundraising. He also founded Coparcel, a real estate investment platform focused on socially and environmentally conscious developments. 

Laurent holds an Executive MBA from Boston University, a Master’s in Civil Engineering from ESTP Paris, and a Master’s in Sciences and Technology from Sorbonne University. Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, he brings a global perspective to capital formation and strategic growth.
