Nicole Baxevanis

Nicole Baxevanis is a seasoned marketing executive with over 15 years of experience leading transformative brand and growth strategies across the real estate and construction industries. Known for her ability to translate business vision into impactful marketing execution, Nicole has overseen campaigns for portfolios exceeding $25 billion, managed marketing budgets over $30 million, and led high-performing teams and agencies to deliver measurable results.


As Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at Lendlease Americas, Nicole spearheaded global B2C and B2B strategies, launched over 20 luxury property brands, and drove pre-leasing and pre-sales success through data-driven, full-funnel marketing. Her leadership helped reposition Lendlease from a construction manager to a full-spectrum real estate powerhouse.

Nicole has also served as Head of Brand Marketing at Binsky, where she aligned brand strategy with a $1B growth plan, drove a $50M revenue increase, and elevated customer engagement through digital transformation and customer-centric campaigns.


Currently, as a fractional VP of Marketing and Enterprise Insights Consultant, Nicole partners with startups and small organizations to scale their marketing operations, optimize performance, and build enduring brand value.

Nicole holds a BA in Public Relations from Rider University and completed the Chief Marketing Officer Senior Executive Program at Columbia Business School. She is a member of the CBS Alumni Club of New York – Real Estate Network and the CBS International Women’s Circle.
